Northbound 131'ers, turn Left at the bottom of the Ann Street exit, cross the River, turn Left onto Monroe Ave, and approximately a mile and a half you'll see the Festival at the 2nd Boat Launch.
Southbound 131'ers, turn Left onto Turner Ave. and go to the stop light, Left at the light onto Ann St, cross the River, turn Left onto Monroe Ave, and approximately a mile and a half you'll see the Festival at the 2nd Boat Launch.
Look for Water Festival signs, low to the ground.
